Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer

Must-Have Skills:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience
• 3D Scan FaroArm experience with the ability to convert scanned data into 3D models
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Quantum X FaroArm
• Mandatory: Proficiency with Polyworks Software for post-processing measurement and scan data
• 3D CAD Skills: Proficient in SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA
• Weld tooling/templates handling experience (parts and components)
• Complete Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering support

Responsibilities:

• Work On-the-Floor extensively to support manufacturing processes
• Tooling Validation: Conduct quality checks using FARO Arm (Must Skill)
• Design & Implementation: Weld and assembly tooling
• Assembly Process Planning
• Material Handling Equipment Design
• Create and update:
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Change Notifications (CN)
  • Description of Use (DOU) documentation
• Systematic Layout Planning, Production Planning, and Control
• Racking System Design for material stack-up
• Design of Carts and Special Purpose Material Handling Devices
• Design of Templates and Special Purpose Tools to improve productivity
